Digital Content — No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital products, the licensed beats (MP3/WAV downloads) are delivered immediately after payment. Under Sec. 356 (5) BGB your right of withdrawal expires prematurely as soon as we begin performance of the contract, provided you have expressly consented to this. You give this consent in the checkout by ticking the declaration:

“I agree that the supply of the digital content will begin before the withdrawal period expires and that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.”

Without this confirmation no download will take place and no licensed audio files will be provided. A withdrawal is therefore excluded: due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
